Please note: you will not be able to place an order automatically if your shipping address is located in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York.  Please see instructions below pertaining to your State.

CALIFORNIA.

As of February 5, 2024, the Ninth Circuit has blocked the District Court order that halted background checks for purchasing ammunition.

January 1, 2018, CA PC 30312 went into effect. We cannot ship direct to you are exempt from CA restrictions. If you are exempt, follow the appropriate link to get registered with us: ACTIVE Law Enforcement, FFL holder, Dealer or Importer/Exporter.

If you are an individual residing in CA - we are required to ship to the c/o a local gun shop/FFL for all shipments unless you are active duty law enforcement or hold an FFL03. Do not submit your CA FSC only - please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your local gun store to make arrangements with them to receive your shipment.
  2. Register with us here. Be sure to list your designated FFL on your registration.
  3. Either attach your local gun store's FFL certificate with your registration or have them email us a copy of their FFL certificate to

    sales@bonefrogammunition.com; Be sure to have them reference your name if they email to us.

  4. You will not be approved to order until we receive the FFL.

Your account will be approved and your order will be processed once we receive all of this information. Your orders will be shipped to the c/o your local gun store.


CONNECTICUT, ILLINOIS, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW JERSEY.
If you reside in one of the aforementioned states, we will ship to you, but you must register with us first. Please submit copies of your credentials using link to register at the top of this page or purchase a membership. You will not be able to order until you receive an email from us indicating you are APPROVED.

Valid FOID, Firearms License or FID. (Please submit your State license.)


NEW YORK. WASHINGTON D.C.
We will ship ammunition to the c/o a local gun store/FFL in these States. Our registration process is:

  1. Contact your local gun store to make arrangements with them to receive your shipment.
  2. Register with us here.
  3. Either upload your local gun shop's FFL certificate with your registration or have them email us a copy of their FFL to sales@bonefrogammunition.com. 
    **Be sure to have them reference your name if they email to us.
  4. Your account will be approved and your order will be processed once we receive all of this information. Your orders will be shipped to the c/o your local gun store.

Please note you will still need to register before ordering.

    Without the above mentioned information/necessary licenses and permits, BoneFrogAmmunition.com will not ship to the aforementioned states or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
