Bone Frog Ammunition abides by all local, state and federal laws regarding the sales of ammunition. By purchasing from Bone Frog Ammunition you assert that you:

• are a U.S. citizen and/or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
• are 21 years of age or older.
• have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment.
• have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• have never been adjudicated as mentally defective, been committed to a mental institution or have ever been treated for mental illness.
• have never been a fugitive from justice or an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
• have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
• have never renounced your US citizenship; and are in fact a properly licensed US Citizen.
• are not currently subject to a court order, restraining order or have a warrant out for your arrest.
• agree that Bone Frog Ammunition is not violating any state or local law/ordinance by delivering ammunition to you.
• will use products purchased from Bone Frog Ammunition for lawful purposes only, including not selling ammunition to a minor.
  
• understand that by selling or delivering ammunition to me, Bone Frog Ammunition is not responsible or liable for any damage to firearms resulting from misuse of products, or manufacturer issues. 
• acknowledge that Bone Frog Ammunition is prohibited from shipping ammunition to PO Boxes, Postal Stores, UPS Stores or other rented/leased mailbox facilities. Orders addressed to these locations may be returned to sender and may incur additional shipping fees. You forfeit all shipping charges and may not receive a full refund if you provide us with an undeliverable address at checkout. 
• understand that Bone Frog Ammunition does not offer refunds or exchanges on ammunition, all sales are final.
• acknowledge and accept our posted shipping policy and refund policy.
