By purchasing from  Bone Frog Ammunition™ you assert that you:

  • are a U.S. citizen and/or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
  • are 21 years of age or older.
  • have never been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment.
  • have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • have never been adjudicated as mentally defective, been committed to a mental institution or have ever been treated for mental illness.
  • have never been a fugitive from justice or an unlawful user of any controlled substance.
  • have never been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
  • have never renounced your US citizenship; and are in fact a properly licensed US Citizen.
  • are not currently subject to a court order, restraining order or have a warrant out for your arrest.
  • agree that Bone Frog Ammunition is not violating any state or local law/ordinance by delivering ammunition to you.
  • will not nor are you planning to use any product purchased from Bone Frog Ammunition in a crime. If products are found to be used in a crime, Bone Frog Ammunition will not be held responsible and you, the customer, will hold all liability.
  • you acknowledge our shipping policy and refund policy.

NOTE: We are prohibited from shipping ammunition to a PO Box, Postal Store, UPS Store or other rented/leased mailbox facility. Orders addressed to these locations may be returned to sender and will incur additional shipping fees. You forfeit all shipping charges and may not receive a full refund if you provide us with an undeliverable address at checkout. By completing the checkout process you've acknowledged that you understand our shipping and refund policies.

Bone Frog Ammunition does not offer refunds or exchanges on ammunition. All sales are final. See our FAQs for instructions if your shipment is damaged or lost in transit.  

Adult Signature Required only when customer selects option at checkout. Items shipped USPS First Class Mail, do not include tracking or insurance. If your package is lost in transit, Bone Frog Ammunition will not issue refunds.
