Can I pay with more than one credit card?

No. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as BFA Gift Cards. You cannot use multiple credit cards to pay for your order, however, you can use a credit card with a gift card or multiple gift cards as payment.

How to track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information from us after your order is processed for shipment. There is a tracking link that you must click into to track the most recent transit progress of your package on the shipping carrier's web site.

If you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email, please make sure to check your spam/junk mail folders in case this message is filtered there and send us a message to info@bonefrogammunition.com if you need us to resend the email.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you made an error when checking out you can edit or cancel the order by clicking the Edit or Cancel link at the bottom of your order confirmation email. Please carefully review your order confirmation email for any errors. Orders can only be modified or canceled before the order is processed for shipment. Once your order is processed we are unable to edit or refund.

Do you charge CFET tax to California buyers?

No. California Firearms, Firearm Precursor Parts, and Ammunition Excise Tax (CFET) tax is only collected by in-State resellers of firearms and ammunition. Since Bone Frog Ammunition is a remote seller, we are not required to collect CFET tax, however, we do collect sales tax in the State of California.

Do I have to become a member to shop at your store?

No, however, by becoming a member you will enjoy special members-only offers and typically $20-$30 off cases of BFA branded premium products as well as other discounts on other products sold on our site. Bone Frog branded ammunition and premium defense rounds are the most highly discounted; not all products will be discounted. Members must be logged in to view member pricing.

You must purchase a membership first, before adding other items to your cart, in order to realize discounted pricing.

If you are applying for a FREE membership or if you reside in a Restricted State (CA, CT, DC, IL, MA, NJ, or NY), your membership will require approval before you will realize discounted pricing. You will get an email notification when your membership is approved. 

If you reside in a Restricted State and do not want to purchase a membership, we still require you to register with us prior to purchasing ammunition items. See our Restricted State registration page here.

I have a membership - how can I confirm member pricing has been applied?

If you are a member, you must login to view member-only products and pricing. After logging in, you will see the message Member pricing has been applied under the price on every product page. You will also see the MEMBER discount code applied to products in your cart. 

Not all products have member discounts, however, all premium Bone Frog branded products and case quantities of most other premium ammunition typically have member pricing. Items already marked on sale might not be further discounted.

Do members get free shipping on all orders?

No. Free shipping applies to select items only, regardless if you are a member or not. Items that are shipped free are indicated on each product page or you may browse our free ship items here.

Please note that free shipping applies to select quantities/items only. If you add non-free ship items to your cart you will be charged shipping on those items. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on dimensional weight of the package. 

Does the member discount apply to the Bone Frog ammo or does it apply to other brands of ammo you sell?

We aim to offer all of our products for the best prices possible, however, when we are able, we offer additional discounts to members on all products. That being said, not all ammo is discounted. You’ll notice best discounts on Bone Frog branded ammo, gear and case quantities of premium ammunition. Items already marked on sale might not be further discounted.

What documents are considered qualifying identification for free memberships?

Examples of qualifying identification for FREE Memberships are:

 

1. Veteran or Military ID
2. VA Choice card or VFW Membership card
3. Driver License with Veteran designation
4. Honorable Discharge Certificate
5. Law Enforcement ID
6. First Responder ID 
7. DD214 showing honorable discharge is accepted, however, we suggest you redact highly sensitive personal information such as SSN before sending.
8. Emergency Room credentials for doctors and/or nurses.

 

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We delete personal documents from our data sites regularly, however, we are required to retain ID for shipping to restricted States such as FOID, LE IDs, Firearms Licenses, etc.

 

We do not grant free memberships to government employees or civilian contractors.

 

We recognize Paramedics, EMTs, Firefighters and Emergency Doctors and Nurses as First Responders. 

 

Free memberships must be registered in the name of the veteran, LEO or First Responder; spouses/family members do not qualify for free memberships

How long is my free membership valid?

We offer free lifetime memberships to Veterans, Law Enforcement and Retired Law Enforcement officers. Free memberships are offered to first responders (EMTs/ Paramedics/ Fire Fighters/ Emergency Room Doctors/Nurses) with proof of current credentials.

 

Members residing in restricted States must provide valid credentials as required by their respective State for direct shipments otherwise shipments must be shipped to the care of a local FFL or Ammunition vendor. See our Shipping to Restricted States page for more detailed and up to date information. We reserve the right to re-verify credentials and/or revoke free membership status at any time. Thank you.

Is this item in stock?

All items are in stock unless you see the Notify Me text displayed. If you want to be notified when we restock:

1. Click into the specific product and click the Restock Notification button shown on all out of stock products.

2. A popup will display allowing you to add your email address to the restock notification list. You will receive a one-time email alert when we restock this product. We do not backorder items but we do occassionally allow customers to pre-order. If the item is a pre-order item it will be noted in the product description.

When will this item be back in stock?

We do our best to keep best selling products in stock, however, if something is out of stock please sign up for our Restock Notifications to receive a one-time email alert when we receive more inventory. To do this:

What barrel length was used to determine velocity on Bone Frog Ammunition® ammo?

Published velocities for Bone Frog Ammunition® 5.56 products were measured using 20" barrels and 300BLK products were measured using 18" barrels.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All ammunition ships exclusively via UPS Ground. We do not ship other carriers. Non-ammo items may ship either UPS or USPS.

How long does the delivery take?

All ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground from Las Vegas, Nevada. Transit times vary but you can find a UPS delivery map on our homepage that provides estimated shipping timelines. Weekend days are not typically counted in transit days. Ammunition shipments cannot be expedited.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on certain case quantity items as advertised on our site. If you add other items to your cart you will be charged for the shipment of the additional items.

Do you ship overseas?

No. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous States only.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

No. We only ship to the lower 48 contiguous States. You are welcome to ship via freight forwarder or if you're in Alaska we suggest purchasing from our exclusive distributor, 907 Ammo.

I'm a Las Vegas local, can I pickup my order and save on shipping?

No, our warehouse isn’t open to the public at this time. We do not offer local pickups. All orders must be shipped.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

No returns, exchanges or refunds on ammunition, gear items or gift cards. All sales are final. Please do not contact or send ammo back to the manufacturer. If your items are received damaged or found to be defective upon receipt or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at sales@bonefrogammunition.com within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve. No refunds will be given after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking on all shipments.

How do I track my Refund?

If you have been promised a refund after working with a Bone Frog representative, you will receive an email notificaiton immediately after we process the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on their end.
